  • At MKMachining, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. We understand that sometimes, things might not work out as expected, and that's why we've designed a return and exchange process that's as simple and stress-free as possible.

  • Our 30-Day Return Policy for MKM Products and 3rd Party Items

    • We gladly accept returns on items purchased from MKMachining within the last 30 days. This policy allows you ample time to assess your purchase and decide if it perfectly meets your needs.

  • Initiating a Return or Exchange

    • To initiate a return or exchange, simply ship the item back to us. Please ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect the product for damages and determine if a restocking fee will be applied.  A restocking fee is at the sole discretion of MKM and will be communicated to the customer. 

  • Providing Clear Instructions

    • To expedite your return or exchange, we kindly request that you include a note with your package. In your note, please clearly indicate whether you would like a full refund for the returned item or if you are requesting an exchange. If you are requesting an exchange, please specify the exact product you would like in its place, including any relevant details like size, color, or model number.

  • Importance of Communication

    • Providing clear instructions is crucial for a smooth and timely processing of your return or exchange. If no note or email communication is included with your returned item, it may significantly delay the processing time, as we will need to contact you to clarify your request.

  • When Will My Return/Exchange Be Processed?

    • We process all returns and exchanges on Fridays. This means that once we receive your returned item, your refund or exchange will be handled on the upcoming Friday. Please plan accordingly and factor this processing timeline into your expectations.
