• Orders can be canceled before being processed for shipping.

• Once processed for shipping, orders cannot be canceled.

• Custom-made or personalized items may not be eligible for cancellation, depending on the production stage and customization extent.

2. Provide order number and a clear cancellation request.

3. Customer support will guide through the cancellation process and confirm the request status.

4. All orders, including 3rd party items over $300 will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to the credit card processing fee.

Refunds for Canceled Orders

• Full refund, including shipping fees, if the order is canceled BEFORE shipping processing.

• Refund issued to the original payment method.

• Refund processing time may vary depending on the financial institution.
