If you suspect your package has been lost in transit or if tracking information indicates it was delivered but you are unable to locate it at your address, please take the following steps.

  1. Contact Machining Support: Immediately reach out to our support team at [email protected]. Provide your order number and any relevant details regarding the missing package.   2. Report to Your Local Postmaster: It is also crucial to contact your local carrier office (UPS, USPS, Fedex Etc)  and report the lost or stolen package. Filing a report with your postmaster can provide additional information and potentially help locate the missing item. They may have insights into delivery issues in your area or be able to initiate a search within their system.

  3. Check ROUTE Insurance: If you opted for ROUTE package protection during checkout, you have the added security of filing a claim with them. Ensure you do so within the specified timeframe allowed by ROUTE. Their insurance policy is designed to cover packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during shipping. Refer to your ROUTE confirmation email for their specific claim process and deadlines.
